Battle of Saragarhi- The Last man’s Standing- The Battle of Saragarhi is considered one of the finest last stands in the world’s military history. 21 soldiers were set up against over 8000 Afridi and Orakzai tribes, but they managed to hold the fort for seven hours. Although strongly outnumbered, the soldiers of the 36th Sikhs (now 4 Sikhs), led by Havildar Ishar Singh, fought to their last breath, killing 200 tribes and wounding 600.
